How to Make a Request
Email hello@awmbltd.com with the subject line "Data Rights Request" or "Cancellation Request". Include the business name, contact email, and the request type. AWMB may need to verify identity or authority before changing, exporting, or deleting data.
Requests We Support
- Access a copy of personal data associated with you or your business.
- Correct inaccurate business, owner, or lead contact data.
- Delete personal data where deletion is legally required and no exception applies.
- Restrict or object to certain processing, where available under applicable law.
- Cancel the service or request export/removal of client setup data.
Deletion Limits
Deletion is not absolute. AWMB may retain limited records when needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, legal claims, or compliance obligations. Where full deletion is not available, data should be limited, archived, or anonymized where practical.
Response Timing
EU/UK GDPR requests should be answered without undue delay and generally within one month. California and other US privacy requests should be handled according to the applicable state deadline and verification requirements. Urgent cancellation requests should be acknowledged as soon as practical.
Current Product Behavior
The onboarding form does not autosave. If a customer leaves before submitting, no onboarding record is created, but the paid setup is not lost and the customer can return through the paid onboarding link from Stripe checkout. After submission, the app creates a disabled client draft for AWMB review and sends an internal setup email.
