Package allowances do not add together.
The allowance covers changes, functional checks, handling requests and a work summary. Maintenance and development also includes up to 30 minutes to agree tasks. We work on weekdays, 9:00 to 17:00 Polish time. We reply within 2 working days; repair deadlines are agreed separately. Unused hours do not carry over to the next month.

Hosting, licences, major updates, removing hacks and round-the-clock emergency response are not included. Taking over an older website may require paid preparation. We quote any work beyond the allowance before doing it.
Prices for each market are set independently, not converted at an exchange rate. We confirm the market and billing currency in the quote.
Before we talk
No. You do not have to order any paid services. We will check up to 3 public pages and send a short PDF with the findings. You receive it without buying other services, accepting a paid proposal or agreeing to marketing. You decide whether to arrange fixes later, and who does them.
Company websites include an editing panel within the package scope. Every shop lets you manage products, orders and basic stock levels. Product limits apply to our initial work, not to products you add to the catalogue later.
A brief, information about your offer, logo, ready-to-use photos and the access we need. For a shop, we also need organised product data and policy texts. The amount of copywriting or editing depends on the package.
It is a starting price for a defined, simple scope. Before you order, we check requirements and access, then quote for the agreed work.
Domain, hosting or platform, paid add-ons and optional maintenance. AI also has provider subscription and usage fees. We separate these costs from the setup price before you order.
We propose 50% at the start and 50% before publication or handover. Larger projects are billed in stages. Websites and shops include two rounds of feedback within the approved scope; extra work always needs separate approval.
